Microsoft Support is an elaborative collection of help hubs, tips and step by step instructions that assists users in engaging with Microsoft products whether they're just getting started or keeping up on the latest features.
I designed assets, crafted illustrations and compiled imagery with emphasis on creating a connection to the content and identifying key concepts. My approach on art content is to identify the subject matter in the most simplified way, to use recognizable elements that relate to product areas, and to align with brand experiences. I collaborated with content writers to gain knowledge of the feature or tutorial and ensured alignment between copy and imagery.
